À l’occasion de la deuxième édition de l’Énoncé de politique des 3 conseils, le Président du Groupe consultatif interagences en éthique de la recherche, Norman Frohlich donnera une présentation au sujet des normes éthiques de la recherche faite sur des sujets humains (voir chapitre I et II en particulier : http://www.pre.ethics.gc.ca/eng/index/).

Dr. Norman Frohlich, Chair of the Panel on Research Ethics, will give a talk on the ethical issues related to the draft of the 2nd edition of the Tri-Council Policy Statement (http://www.pre.ethics.gc.ca/eng/index/). Chapters 1 and 2 provide substantial background but he invites discussion of ethical issues throughout the 2nd draft.
