The recipients of the CRÉ 2025-2026 graduate scholarships
The Centre for Research in Ethics is proud to announce the names of the winners of its 2025-2026 graduate scholarship competition.
Congratulations to the winning students!
– Melissa Hernández Parra, PhD candidate in philosophy under the supervision of Christine Tappolet, at Université de Montréal. Her project is titled Responsabilité, relativisme et pratiques.
– Alexandra Stankovich, PhD candidate in practical philosophy at the Université de Sherbrooke, under the supervison of Allison Marchildon (UdeS) and Jessica Roda (Georgetown University). Her project is titled Subvertir les orthodoxies : l’exploration des figures publiques queer d’expérience hassidique comme agent.e.s de changement.
– Vincent Rochelle, PhD candidate in philosophy under the supervision of Catherine Rioux, at the Université Laval. His project is titled La rationalité des émotions à l’épreuve de la finitude.
– France Lacharité, PhD candidate in the department of Études du religieux contemporain under the supervision of Bertrand Lavoie, at the Université de Sherbrooke. Her project is titled Les enjeux de l’accompagnement existentiel d’enfants gravement malades et de leurs proches en milieu hospitalier pédiatrique.
– Nohémie Matomo Bokuma, master degree student at Concordia in political science, under the supervision of Jonathan Martineau (Concordia) and Stephanie Paterson (Concordia). Her project is titled Examiner et identifier les lacunes dans les politiques canadiennes de sécurité nationale et la manière dont elles intéragissent avec la violence numérique fondée sur le genre.
– Olivier Boucher, master degree student in philosophy under the supervision of Denise Celentano, at Université de Montréal. Her project is titled Limitarisme et limites planétaires.
