Naturopath Doctor, PhD in Public Health. Professor at the Department of Public Health and at the Postgraduate Program in Public Health at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil. Assistant Coordinator of the Research Ethics Committee of the State Health Department of the State of Santa Catarina, Brazil. Secretary of the World Naturopathic Federation. Member of the Executive Board of RedBioética/UNESCO for Latin America. Visiting Professor at the School of Public Health of the Université de Montréal, Canada.
